      Rebecca Phillips is the Director of Processing at 7ACRES. Her goal is to continuously improve efficiencies and provide leadership to greenhouse staff. Ms. Phillips’ professional work and advancement in this industry is driven by the passion she has for 7ACRES success. ​

      Ms. Phillips is a leader and operations expert at 7ACRES who has a unique overview of the facility through her advancement across several departments. Her understanding of cannabis cultivation helped her attain the Health Canada ​Master Grower Designation.​

      Since joining 7ACRES in an administrative role, Ms. Phillips has moved through senior positions such as Procurement Manager, Production Operations Manager and Production Director.
