      Position: Director of Strategy and Planning

      Parminder Bal is the Director of Strategy and Planning at 7ACRES where she oversees operations planning, project initiatives and continuous improvement. She believes in the strength of teamwork and respect in her daily work practices.

      Mrs. Bal is an experienced business strategist. Her focus is on collaboration through empowering those around her to meet organizational success. ​

      Prior to joining 7ACRES as Assistant to the GM, Mrs. Bal worked at Marriott International as a revenue analyst in market strategy. Her previous work includes development of business plans, budgeting and forecasting, analysis, executive summaries, sales strategies, competitive assessment and risk management. ​

      Mrs. Bal holds an MBA and a degree in Computer Science Engineering. She has completed certification as a Project Management Specialist. ​
